As a lead designer, my duties are to help create the branding of the company and help create personalized content for all clients. This includes meeting with clients to get a better understanding of their vision, working with them to create that vision, and ultimately bringing it to life. I am also in charge of communicating with clients and keeping them updated with progress reports.

As a video graphics designer, my duties were to manage the projects delegated to me. I was in charge of creating video content for all social media platforms. Some of the projects included: directing, filming, and editing videos of all the employees for the company YouTube channel, creating Instagram stories for future promotions, and creating other promotional content.

Guest Engagement Specialist
As a guest engagement specialist, my duties were to engage with guests and resolve any issues or concerns they might have had. It required quick problem solving and attention to detail. I also had to delegate my time between calls to answer back customer emails, deal with gas claims, and communicate with financial institutions regarding temporary money holds.
